Read Joshua to Revelation in 37 Weeks! (with weekly Torah Portions)
In this workbook you will find the tools you need to begin comparing and contrasting portions of the Bible that perhaps you have never before read. Using the prescribed outlines in this workbook, you will begin reading through the Bible starting with Joshua and throughout the 37 weeks of your study you will continue straight through to the end of Revelation. Each Friday, you are encouraged to take a break from your regular reading and read through the Torah portion summaries at the end of the workbook. The summary you read will depend on the calendar date for that particular week. Don’t worry if you start in the middle of the Torah portions. They are set to a reading cycle and you will eventually have read through them all. Take time throughout the summer months or the months you take off from your regular school studies to read the remaining Torah portion summaries. If you prefer, you can read the entire Torah portion. Be sure to answer the questions at the end of each summary.
Begin each day with prayer! There’s a checklist to help you to remember. Once you have prayed, read or listen to the day’s passage from the Bible and journal about it. You can use this time to take notes in your Bible as well. You may want to research different Bible journaling or Bible note-taking strategies and choose one that works best for you.
